We make many different shapes and sizes of covers. Some of the most popular shapes are the square with rounded corners,The round spa and the Octagon (8 sided)
We also make 3 and 4-piece covers for spas over 96" in length (considered oversize)Please call for a quote on oversize spa covers.
We carry foam with a 4" to 2" taper or a 5" to 3" taper. We also have more than one foam density/weight available for your new spa cover. The higher the density of foam, the stronger the cover, the higher the R-rating and the better it prevents water from eventually getting into the foam.
Our Standard model 2-piece spa cover comes with a 4" to 2" taper and is built using 1.25 pound foam and spa grade vinyl. For up to 96" width and or length your cost is $299 plus sales tax if shipping in California. Shipping is free to 47 states and parts of New York.
