All of our covers are made to order . We make our covers to order because there are just too many sizes and shapes of spas. Not to mention all the available colors, shown on our website.
We use foam with either a 4" to 2" taper or a 5" to 3" taper.
Our Standard model 2-piece spa cover comes with a 4" to 2" taper and is built using 1.25 pound foam and spa grade vinyl. For up to 96" width and or length your cost is $299 plus sales tax if shipping in California. Shipping is free to 47 states and parts of New York.
We also make covers using 2 pound foam and have a full online store for spa products.
